Most likely you already know me, but in case you landed here by way of some mutual friend or acquaintance, the blog may be more helpful by knowing a bit about me.

I am a follower of Jesus Christ who has spent years working as an electrical engineer and more recently a technical writer. My other half is Carol, the cutest and sweetest girl ever who has put up with me for over 55 years now. Our wonderful daughter Jennifer has been blessed by God with a fantastic husband, Ian, and two sweet daughters, Emily (19) and Natalie (16). Those girls are an important part of the reason for this blog (see Why), and we are blessed to live near them in Liberty, Missouri. I enjoy nothing more than encouraging others in the passionate pursuit of our God.
